a full consultation will be done before all colour services. Apatch test is also required 48hrs before. we will match the root area to existing colour. Roots no longer than 2 inch or 6/8 weeks of growth

Cancellation Policy

❗️ CANCELATION POLICY❗️ I would like to thank you all for your loyal custom. However due to the rise in last minute cancelations, this is a gentle reminder that as a business I require at least 48hrs notice for a cancelation. with 48hrs or less notice a fee of 50% the cost of the treatment will be charged. 24hrs or less notice will be charged at the full price of the treatment booked. I understand unavoidable situations occur and in some circumstances a fee wont be applied at my discretion. A £20 non refundable booking fee will be required to secure any colour treatment appointments. thank you for your understanding xx
