a full consultation and patch test 48 hours prior to any colour service on new clients will be needed. they will be a £20 non refundable booking fee for all colour appointments.

Cancellation Policy

❗️ CANCELATION POLICY❗️ I would like to thank you all for your loyal custom. However due to the rise in last minute cancelations, this is a gentle reminder that as a business I require at least 48hrs notice for a cancelation. with 48hrs or less notice a fee of 50% the cost of the treatment will be charged. 24hrs or less notice will be charged at the full price of the treatment booked. I understand unavoidable situations occur and in some circumstances a fee wont be applied at my discretion. A £20 non refundable booking fee will be required to secure any colour treatment appointments. thank you for your understanding xx
